CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 22(RLS) Denouncing                                                                            
the National Entertainment Collectibles Association's production of                                                             
the Rapist No. 1 collectible doll, was read the second time.                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
Senator Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                      
resolution be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.                                                            
Without objection, it was so ordered.                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 22(RLS) was read the

The question being: "Shall CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION
