CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 22(RLS) Denouncing                                                                            
the National Entertainment Collectibles Association's production of                                                             
the Rapist No. 1 collectible doll, was read the second time.                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
Senator Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                      
resolution be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
